| DID YOU KNOW? TRRC members run at FDR park almost every morning and every evening during the week and on Sundays. Widely varying paces-for all runners. TRRC members start at the Pump House and run along the beautiful Croton Reservoir every Saturday. Supported with water and Gatorade. With up to 40 runners there, you always can find someone to run with. Distances vary from 6 to 20+ miles at all paces. While TRRC is one of the premier racing clubs in the 40+ categories, most of our members run for fun. Running our races is just as much a social event as it is a competition: if you thought you didn't want to join TRRC or run a race because you weren't fast, think again. |
| The Official TRRC Yahoo Group has been re-launched! Please join the group to stay up to the minute on club events, training runs, carpools and everything else you ever wanted to know about running. Note that when signing up you will have the choice of receiving via email; each post, a daily digest or no email posts whatsoever. Choose what works best for you and your mailbox. If you have any question on how to use the site please contact George Grenier, our newsletter editor at: georgegren@yahoo.com |
