We now have light until about 6:15 PM so we so hello to daylight running and goodbye to our Winter “Night Ops” runs. They were a lot of fun for the 10 or so of us who ran them. I have kept everyone on the list from last year but I’d appreciate it if those of you who can’t come anymore would let me know so that I can take you off the list. You can also stay on the list even if you don’t come and just use the workouts as a guide.
This week we start our season with the 4 x 1200m loop. The course is a gentle downhill going and rolling up hill coming back. We can work on downhill form and other things. Again please let me know if you are no longer interested at this time.
