10/03 workout

The day workouts are winding down to a precious few (5) so try to take advantage while we can. This week it’s a pacing workout of 3 x 3minutes out and 3 minutes back with an optional 4th for our marathoners. We start at the same spot as last week but run north on Pocantico River trail bear right and turn around at three minutes and try to make it back to the starting point at exactly 6 minutes without looking at your watches after the turnaround.Please let me know who is interested in our ‘Night Ops” workouts. If you were on last years list I’ll send it again this year.
