Many of you bought items in the first go around and, with cooler temps in the air, sweatshirts, jackets and long-sleeve shirts might be on your radar now. You may have seen members sporting our new gear and perhaps regretted not grabbing that shirt or singlet. Fortunately, and as promised, we are reopening the store. We don’t have samples available this time but a number of us purchased Taconic gear in the spring and would be happy to answer any fit questions you may have.
Here’s how it works: Place and pay for your order on the e-commerce site.
All orders are placed with the manufacturer at the end of the two week period (when the store closes), sent for embroidery/screen printing and then mailed to your home. You’ll receive your items per the time frame specified on the e-commerce site.
VERY IMPORTANT – THE STORE WILL BE OPEN FOR TWO WEEKS ONLY, EFFECTIVE TODAY.

FAQs
Is the club making some profit from the sale of this stuff?
No – The club is not making any money from the sale of Taconic gear. Unlike what some other clubs/teams are doing, we chose to make team gear items available at a reduced price, rather than up-charging and putting that money in the club’s coffers.
What if the items I order don’t fit or I don’t care for them?
We elected to use an e-commerce site for sales so no one club member or Board member would be responsible for keeping a stock of items in their home waiting for buyers. ALL ITEMS ARE CUSTOM AND CANNOT BE RETURNED. Please look at the sizing charts for each item OR speak to any member or Board member who purchased items before placing your order. In speaking with other clubs using an e-commerce site their experience has been that members end up swapping/selling their clothes to other members if the fit is off.
When will I receive my order?
Per our e-commerce vendor – 4-6 weeks after the store closes the items will be delivered to your home.
Will the screen printing/embroidery appear as it’s shown on the e-commerce site?
Yes and no – once the store is closed, the graphics will be finalized including the exact location on the article of clothing. Nothing will be moved in a major way (i.e. – if print appears on the back it’ll remain on the back) but we’ll work to make sure it looks the way we expect before it’s approved.
How were the color choices made?
Items/colors were dependent on what the manufacturer has in inventory and our desire to maintain the traditional TRRC green color either in the print/embroidery or the garment itself. This limits the colors we can use (we’ll not be creating red jackets with green print for ex.) that work with green or green and white. We punch up the green color on some of the darker items to make the print more visible. Please make sure to check out the color options on the ½ zip, long sleeve, jacket, singlet, cap and headband.
