10/17 workout – 4 x 1309m

This week as it is getting darker earlier will be run around the Meadow Loop which is the brightest area near where we start. The start is on the opposite side of the arch bridge. This course is mostly uphill for 500m followed by 300m flat and finishing with a 500m downhill. The downhill part is a great stretch to practice downhill form. Just two more daylight runs after tomorrow.
