This run is 10 times 2 minutes hard and 2 minutes recovery. I’d like to add an extra loop going out around the upper pasture so that we end closer to the starting point. I’ll explain in more detail before the start. The workout takes 40 minutes so we will have time for those of us who wish to go to the monthly club meeting. We will start on time if you get stuck and are late run backwards on the course directly to the lake.
