Jessica Miller is covering for me this week and the workout is an out and back 4 x 3 minutes out and 3 minutes back on the Pocantico River trail. This is on the west side of the bridge where we always meet. The course features a gentle downhill going out and the now uphill coming back. The goal is to get back to the exact starting point without looking at your watch after turning back. Done correctly everyone will arrive at the same spot at the same time in 6 minutes. The recovery is 3 minutes so the whole workout is 33 minutes. In this workout if you are late you can just tack on what you missed at the end.
