3/27 Workout Redux

Let’s try again to do the hill repeat workout that was planned for last week. It starts at our meeting point and keeps returning there so if you run late, don’t worry, we will be easy to find. I’d like to hear from those of you who haven’t been coming to the workouts for some time. You can continue receive these emails but I would like to hear from you if you want me to continue to keep you on this list. I don’t want to be sending unwanted emails.Jack
