This is a great course for practicing tangents and 3 strides (I’ll explain). Let’s meet at the meeting point at 5:45 and jog down to the start.

This week’s workout is 4 x 1200m. The course is a lollypop loop and has a gentle downhill going out and an equivalent rolling uphills coming back. The course starts on Pocantico River trail which is on the west side of the bridge and the starting point is about 3/10th’s of a mile north.
If you run late you can jump in on the 2nd or even the 3rd repeat and you can also call me at 914 469-0702 as I’ll bring my phone with me to the start.
