This week it’s back to our hill repeats. They are 5 x 100 secs, 5 x 50 secs & 3 x 25 secs up the hill towards the barn. The hill is a moderate one with a relatively steady grade and the recovery is the jog back down. A secondary goal is to go slightly further on each repitition. Also we will focus on maintaining form as you tire.The starting point is the meeting place.
