7/10 workout

This weeks workout will be 4 x 1200. The course is mostly downhill going out and mostly uphill coming back. The goal is to go slightly faster on each successive one, this means that you will have to hold back just a little on the 1st one then continue to ratchet up the effort. Learning to do this will help in races as almost all of us have the tendency to go out too fast in a race. The start is 1/2 of a mile north on the Pocantico River trail by the two small bridges.
