I know that we did a very similar workout two weeks ago but I would like to go back to short speed and again up the hill to the barn. This time it’s 5 x 100, 5 x 50 and 3 x 25 seconds up the barn hill. I’ll keep the 100, 200, 300 & 400m marks on the trail and can even measure the distance for anyone who exceeds 400m. The goal is to go slightly further each time.
