This week’s workout is our “Hill & Dale” course. This workout is 6 times three minutes hard and three minutes easy over rolling (hilly) terrain. We will regroup within a few different pace groups. We leave our meeting spot at 5:30PM and begin with a 1 mile warm-up. Please call me if you are running a little late at 914 469-0702 as we can wait 5 minutes or so if we know that you are coming.
