There is a team race this weekend so those planning on racing can run this workout to run at an easier pace than normal. The workout is 3 x 3 minutes out and 3 minutes back. Those not racing can add a 4th one. The goal is to get back to the exact starting spot without looking at your watch after heading back. A additional goal if you aren’t racing would be to go slightly further in each run.
