This week will be back to short speed of 4 x 400m, 3 x 300m and 2 x 200m all up the “Meadow Hill”. The recovery is the jog back down. It’s just under 2 miles of speed but it is a challanging course & workout.
The following week I am having my knee scoped that day and won’t be able to be there. However we will be doing our “Hill & Dale” workout in my absence. We should have three groups at three diffferent paces with one person from each group who knows the making sure that no one gets lost. I’ll confirm this next week.
