The plan is to run the Hill & Dale course if it passes a safety inspection by me on Monday. Bob Glover reports that the trail part of our 1200m course is repaired but the 1st bridge at the 1/2 way point is not. Our 1.05 mile loop has been repaired along with the Meadow Loop.
In the “Hill & Dale” workout we run a one mile warm-up to the start then it’s 6 times 3 minutes hard with a 3 minute recovery. We must regroup within the groups that naturally form. I ask that each group select someone to accept that responsibility. It is especially important now when it is getting darker earlier.
