This week assuming we have sufficient “guides” I’d like to run the “Hill & Dale”. This workout consists of six sets 3 minutes hard  with 3 minutes easy. The course is run on a beautiful, rolling course featuring two difficult hills. We tend to split into groups and each group should keep track everyone in the group and regroup as is necessary. There is an almost 1 mile run to the start which can serve as a warmup.  Call me at 914 469-0702 if you are running a few minutes late as we do not return to the meeting area until workout is over.
