[category Wednesday Workout] Wednesday Workout: 6/19’s Speed Workout
This week we start down the trail about 600m for our 4 x 1200m workout. It is mostly downhill going out and mostly uphill coming back. It’s a good course for practicing your downhill form, tangents and 3 strides after a turn and at the top of hills.
