The club meeting and our workout is at FDR Park again. I’d like to do the same workout that we did in June which was 5 x 100 Seconds, 3 x 50 Seconds and 3 x 25 seconds up the hill at the north end of the park just west of the Route 35 entrance. I will ask Greg Cohen to post a Google Map with the location.
