With the St Patrick’s Day Races coming four days after I’d like to change
the workout to the pacing workout of 3 x 3 minutes out and 3 minutes back.
We can also work on our “relaxing faster” which will come in handy for
those bad patches in a race. Also this workout when done properly will have all
of us arriving back at the same spot at the same time.
