The workout is the “Hill & Dale” and is on the shadiest part of the preserve. The workout out is 6 times a 3 minute harder run followed by a 3 minute recovery. Given the heat they should be run cautiously and form and technique should be the emphasis. We will meet at the usual spot and the ca. 0.8 mile jog to the start can be the warm up.
