We have a change of venue this week to coincide with the club’s monthly meeting. We will do our hill repeats this time at the big hill between the Rt 202 entrance and parking lot 3. We will do our 5 x 100 seconds, 5 x 50 seconds and 3 x 25 seconds up that hill. Those of you who race at the park, it is the hill with about a mile to go to our normal parking lot 1 finish line. The meeting is at parking lot 6 so you can park there and jog over or park at lot 3 which is the closest to the workout itself.
