Today we will do 4 x 1200m. The course is mostly downhill going out and mostly downhill coming back. Those who are running the club team championship on Saturday should run it at a tempo pace concentrating on form and technique. The loop course starts about 3/10’ths of a mile north of our meeting spot on Pocantico River Trail.
