This week’s workout will be held at FDR Park in conjunction with the team meeting. It’s always a fun event with free food, beverages and fellowship. This workout is great in that the fastest and slowest amoung us get back to the starting point at more or less the same time. Also if you can’t make the start you can just join the group at any point in the workout.
Hill Repeats:
The workout is 5 x 100, 5 x 50 and 3 x 25 seconds up the hill towards Parking lot 4 and starts from near the north (bus) entrance to the park. The recovery is the jog back to the start. This is a great workout for those new to the speed workouts as we all get back to the start about the same time as the faster runners will have a longer recovery run back to the start.
