A storm cancelled out our 7/02 workout so let's give it another try. Last week's track workout at Yorktown track was run amidst heavy rain, lightning & hail but finished up with a beautiful, full rainbow.
To repeat the workout is 4 x 3 minutes out and 3 minutes back with the goal of getting back to the starting point without checking your watch after heading back.
Please be ready to start at 5:45PM sharp. We meet at the east side of the arch bridge and the start of this workout is a little to the northwest of the bridge.
