Tomorrow is the club meeting at FDR Park so we are changing the venue to Yorktown HS track. Hopefully we won't have hail and lightening this time. The workout is:
1) 1 x 800m with a lap recovery

2) 2 x 400 each with a slow 200m recovery 
3) 4 x 200m with a jogging 200m recovery.
The club meeting is immediately after the workout (check the website at www.runner.org  ). The workout starts at 5:45PM. Here are directions with a map.
