Hill and Dale on 3/21

This is perhaps the most popular of our speed workouts. I’m hoping to divide the workout into three groups with the fastest runners taking the lead. We do have to keep an eye out for each other with each of the groups to insure a safe run for all.The course is a hilly one with two major uphills and one major & rocky downhill. The workout is 6 x 3 minutes hard followed by a 3 minute recovery after each. We will leave the meeting spot at 5:30 and jog to the start which is almost a mile north on Pocantico River trail.
