Since many raced at least once this past weekend we will skip the more intense 400, 300. & 200m workout until next week. Instead we will run the “Hill & Dale” workout of 6 x 3 minutes hard followed by a 3 minute recovery. We will get almost a mile warm-up running from the start point. We try to leave at 5:30 sharp so please call me at 914 469-0702 if you are going to be a few minutes late.
