Some of you have a hard time making the 5:30PM start so I’m hoping that a starting time of 5:45PM (prompt) will help there and also not be too much of a burden for those who prefer the earlier start. We should finish before 6:30 PM.
Lake Run:  
 The Lake Run around Swan Lake consists of 10 x 2 minutes hard followed by a 2 minute recovery. It starts with a very long uphill then moderate rolling hills ending with a long downhill. Half of the course consists of farm trails and then park trails are Brothers Path (around Swan Lake) then Farm Meadows Trail and back again to the farm roads. We will have an alternate course if needed for those new to this workout. We leave the starting point at 5:45 but again there is a shortcut to catch up to the group so give me a call  or text to 914 469-0702 if you are going to be a little late.
Above is a link to a PDF map of the preserve the initials designating the trails that we will be running are: RF (Rockefeller Family Trails) starting from Sleepy Hollow Rd this has several twists and turns, to BP (Brothers Path) then to DR (Deer Run) and back to BP. It ends with FM (Farm Meadows Trail) then back to the the Rockefeller Family trails aka Farm trails.
