The Master’s Challenge is this week and is open & free to for all runners 40 and over. Directions are at We can still have a workout for the under 40 set and then buzz up to catch the race at 7PM.
This workout is a short, quick and strenuous. It’s the same as last week’s stormed out one of 4 x 400m, 3 x 300m and 2 x 200m and starts at our regular meeting spot. You must let me know if you are coming as I will only come if there is an interest and that I won’t be waiting there in vain. If I don’t hear anything I’ll assume no one is coming and I won’t be there as well.
