This weeks workout is 4 x 1300m (3/4 mile+) around the meadow on the other side of where we meet. The 4th loop is optional for those just getting back into speed work or shape this Spring. As we did last week we plan on starting promptly at 5:45 but it’s very easy to jump into on the 2nd or even 3rd loop. I can stay for an extra loop if needed.
The course is most uphill for the 1st approximately 500m followed by a relatively flat 300m or so and finishing with a long downhill of about 500m. It’s a great course for practicing both your downhill and uphill form. I can go over my thoughts on that before the workout at the meeting spot. Again the course is just on the other side of the arched bridge near where we meet.
