We can start at 5:30PM but for those who can’t make it that early it will be very easy to jump in to the 2nd or even the 3rd loop. I’ll stay later if needed.

The course is most uphill for the 1st approximately 500m followed by a relatively flat 300m or so and finishing with a long downhill of about 500m. It’s a great course for practicing both your downhill and uphill form. I can go over my thoughts on that before the workout at the meeting spot. Again the course is just on the other side of the arched bridge near where we meet.
