The weather is forecast to be near perfect and this is a great workout to practice up & down hill technique. Just what we need for the Healthy Kidney course. The workout is 3 x 1300m with a 4th optional if you are further along with your training.
The course is most uphill for the 1st approximately 500m followed by a relatively flat 300m or so and finishing with a long downhill of about 500m. It’s a great course for practicing both your downhill and uphill form. I can go over my thoughts on that before the workout at the meeting spot. Again the course is just on the other side of the arched bridge near where we meet.
