Twilight isn’t until 6:30 PM so no more “night ops” until next Winter. I’d like to start with something on the long side for those of you who haven’t done any speed all Winter. The workout is 3 loops around our 1.05 mile loop, the 3rd loop is optional if you are just getting back to speed. It starts from the meeting point up towards the barns and back down and around.I also hope that you can make it to our St. Patrick’s Day Races by going to runner.org/stpats and signing up. You can make the two miler a tempo run. We have lots of goodies including a keg of Captain Lawrence microbrew beer and Pepsi products. The are other refreshments, trinkets and a raffle for two a trip to Ireland. The t-shirt and pint glass were designed be me with lots of help from Jessica Miller’s husband Tom.
