Potential guide runners

Hi Greg,

My husband is a visually
impaired marathon runner who is in need of guide runner (s) to help him train
for an upcoming marathon in Sacramento.  We live in South Salem and Thomas would
love to come join the long Sat am runs in Yorktown Hts if there could be someone
willing to guide him. He just successfully ran the New York Marathon and needs
to keep up his training.

We would he happy to
become family members and would welcome any help you could offer! Thanks so

I believe that Thomas ran sub 4 hours in NY.  If anyone feels comfortable assisting with his training, please contact Thomas or Melissa.
Here's the latest water schedule.  Tony will be putting out the refreshments this Saturday.
Recommended Supplies:
Mailboxes – 3 gal water,  2 gal gatorade (4 – 64 oz bottles), 75 cups, 1 roll of paper towels
Triangle – 1 gal water, 1/2 gal of gatorade and 25 cups
Please don't pick up the water before 9:30.
