This workout is designed to improve your running efficiency by improving your short speed. The course is a gentle downhill which will help with turnover. The workout will be on our pacing course and we start near our meeting spot and will start just on the opposite side of the bridge where meet. I’m going to wheel the course for 800m, 600m, 400m and 200m marks. The workout is 1 x 800, 1 x 600, 2 x 400m and 4 x 200m.
