There is still damage to the trails on the northern trails so we will continue to stay near our meeting point. The workout is 3 x the 1.05 mile loop which consists of a long uphill followed by a long downhill. It is a perfect course to work on your uphill and downhill form. The goal will be to run each loop slightly faster than the previous. The recovery is for 3 minutes after the last runner. Those racing this weekend should emphasize form and reduce the effort level.
