This week is our Lake Run of 10 x 2 minutes hard followed by a 2 minute recovery. I’d like to add the Loop at the end of the Lake if the trail is in decent condition. Would those of you who ran the Master’s Challenge let me know if the conditions are acceptable? The trail is called “Deer Run” below is a link of a satellite view of the park trails. I’m going to try to get Bernie Deitrick’s comprehensive map of all the trails with mileage down to two decimal points. It includes some that are now off limits or have changed but it’s still the best.
