The club meeting is this week at FDR Park and we are invited to conduct the speed workout there. The workout is hill repeats of 5 x 100, 5 x 50 & 3 x 25 seconds up the hill at the north end of the park. We meet at the intersection of the cross road, it’s near the Rt 202 entrance and also the base of the north hill..
This workout is great for those new to speed work in the we run hard for 100 Seconds then jog back to the start. The faster runners have a longer run back down. Again it’s 5:45PM with the club meeting immediately after.
