This Week’s workout

Tomorrow it’s Hill & Dale again and back to the old course with a twist.
We’ll start with 3 minutes of warm-up down the Pocantico River to Witches
Spring Trail to 13 Bridges and Eagle Hill and back home. The workout is 6
times 3 minutes hard with a 3 minute recovery. The last part to the
starting point will be a cool down.
