Some us us are running Saturday morning at the Club Team Championships so a workout that emphasizes form at a reduced effort is suggested. Today is our 3 minutes out and 3 minutes back workout. The idea is to not look at your watch after turning around at 3 minutes and still get back to the exact starting point. This is made more difficult by the fact that the course is a slight downhill going and and an up up coming back. Those not racing should try to get slightly further on each set and can do 4 if they are feeling good. Three is enough for those racing.
