We may have weather challanges this afternoon with heat, humidity and possible storms. I’ll be there but we won’t hold practice in a storm. The planned workout is 4 x 400m, 3 x 300m and 2 x 200m. This time we’ll use the hill up towards the barns as it is more shaded and a steadier grade. I will wheel it before hand and now we will have an idea how far we actually run on the 100 Second etc workout.
