We have the St Patrick’s Day Races this Sunday and those who are racing it are advised to use this week’s workout as a tune up. We will be running 3 x 3 minutes out and 3 minutes back. The course is a gentle downhill going out and reversing course, an uphill coming back. The goal in this workout is to get back to the exact starting point without looking at your watch after turning back. Done correctly all runners should arrive back at the start at the same time with the faster runners having covered more distance. We will meet at the normal place and will start to the west of Sleepy Hollow Rd. and about 100 yards north on Pocantico River Trail. The meeting place can be found at www.runner.org .
