We have a problem & a potential problem. First the club team championship is on Saturday so a hard workout would be ill-advised and secondly the forecast is for thunderstorms at our meeting time. I would recommend the pacing workout of 3 x 3 minutes out and 3 minutes back run at goal pace plus 15 seconds. The emphasis would be on form and fluidity in prep for the race. Those who aren’t racing could do the full workout of a set of four.
