Today’s workout is 3 x the 1.05 mile loop which starts and finishes at the meeting point. The course is uphill for the 1st half and downhill for the 2nd half. We will be running it counter clockwise today. An alternate choice is to start at the hairpin turn some 200m up the hill. Those who are runnning the Mini on Saturday should run this workout at a comfortable pace & just work on form.
