Today we will do the pacing workout of 4 times three minutes out and three minutes back to the start. It’s run on a gentle downhill going out and the now uphill coming back. The goal is to get back to the exact starting point at 6 minutes without looking at a watch after heading back. done correctly all will finish at the same spot at the same time, the fastest and slowest of us.
