I hope that the weather cooperates on this steamy day. Also there is a team race this Saturday so those running it should only work on form and efficiency. It will be beneficial if done at a reduced effort.
I will bring the wheel and measure out 400, 300 & 200m’s on the back part of the 1.05 mile loop where we meet. The quantity will depend on various factors such as experience, Saturday’s races and the weather. Please call me at 914 469-0702 if you aren’t sure of weather conditions etc. This can be an excellent workout if done properly.
