As we discovered last week the track is relatively well lit and in great
condition. Keep your speed by doing these shorter intervals. Tonight it’s:
1 x 800m (2 laps)
2 x 400m (1 lap each)
4 x 200m (1/2 lap each)
We can run in Rocky’s when we have enough runners to keep it safe.
