Looks like the weather will cooperate this week. Let's start with the Pacing Workout. The workout is 4 X 3 minutes out and 3 minutes back with a 3
minute recovery
.
  We start together, then turn around (wherever you are) at 3 mins, attempting to make it back to the starting point at exactly 6 mins. The faster runners will obviously make it further down the trail before they turn around, and will “catch” the slower runners on the way back. The course features a
gentle downhill going out and  is slightly uphill coming back.
 This workout is one where when done properly
everyone finishes at the same place at the same time.
  A secondary goal is to go slightly further on
each repeat.
We will begin promptly at 5:45 PM. Most people come a few minutes earlier to warm up and get situated. If you are running late, jog down the Canter Alley trail and you will run into us.
