Let's meet on Tuesday, 4/16 at 5:45 PM for the Lake RunThis workout is an
approximately 4.5 mile continuous run with
10 x 2 minutes hard alternating
with 2 minute easy
. It starts (at our meeting spot) with a very long uphill, then moderate rolling
hills, and ending with a long downhill.
